NXS pattern plane...NEED PLANS

Looking for a set of plans for the NXS pattern plane designed by Bill Cunningham of Tulsa Ok. Does anyone have a set or know where to get them? Also, would need foam wing cores cut...any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
