MK Arrow Restoration needed

I recently picked up an old MK Arrow in fairly decent shape to have been sitting. Given the vintage of this plane and also the rarity of the model I would prefer to find a professional on vintage pattern planes to perform the work. Hopefully someone that is close to my location (Portsmouth, VA). This plane deserves to be a work of art and a great performer once again. I have included pictures of the plane as it sits at this time.
