Help Identifying Plane

Please help me identify this 60-size pattern plane. I was at Toledo in the early nineties and picked up a brochure that showed a picture and a three-view of this plane. I lost the brochure; I made some copies of the three-view, but only have the top view as seen in the photo. I would like to get a side view so I can blow-up for plans. The plane is either tricycle or tail dragger. Thanks.
