Phoenix 8
 

Hi All

The author day I got hold of a Phoenix 8 with air retracts. It has a little damage from a landing with the nose wheel up, but I got it for a bargen.It looks like the motor shifted a little to the side and it feels it there is something loose in the stabilizer. It also seems like the retract system is leaking. I have never used retracts before and don’t know what to look for on the system. The plane didn’t fly for the last 3 years.

It looks like a great plane to fly and any help or advice would be appreciated.
