Yes, the airplane is called "Scalar" and it was flown by one of the German Team members at a Worlds maybe 6 years ago.
Now I have to go scratch my head a bit to remember who and when.

Dont recognise th emodel but it looks like Bernd Beschoner of Germany - very good pilot. I think he also competed in a ToC
