Sweet. I kinda like the original Troublemaker, even if it's not as sleek as some of Tony's later iterations.

Yeah, the original has that mechanical "nuts & bolts" look to it, as did most models of that era.

I bought a kit of the foam winged EXT version. Now I want to buy one of the original, smaller sized Troublemakers. That should be perfect for my OS.55AX engine.

Very neat rendition of Tony's model and color scheme although I was told recently by someone who saw the original that what looks like black was in fact a very dark blue.

Here's another variation I came across recently. This is the Double Trouble as flown at the 1974 Lake Charles Nationals.

So the sequence probably was Troublemaker, Double Trouble, Triple Trouble and Intrepid.

I was also at the 74 Lake Charles Nats. Flew the original Troublemaker in Novice class and took a second. I didn't know that Tony was there or I would have tried to find him.
