You maybe on the right track, it might be an eariler version of the Sabre Hawk. The model with the flaps is a Sabre Hawk IV. FB |

I deduced that this plane is called the Javelin because a high aspect ratio design was referenced in Ed Izzo's bio on the AMA website. http://www.modelaircraft.org/files/museum/bio/Izzo.pdf It's in the "As a Designer" section of the article. Thanks. |
