Thunderbirds Senior Pattern Contest
 

Looks like the Fort Worth Thunderbirds are hosting another SPA contest
at Thunderbird field at Lake Benbrook in Fort Worth on April 25th. I flew
at their first one last year and it was a lot of fun. It's a one day contest so
time scheduling and accomodations should be less of a problem than usual.
I understand they are planning another one later in the year also. For

I thought I might add that the Tulsa, OK Gluedobbers will be having there second annual SPA contest at Gluedobbers Field. the contest is also a one day event. A flyer will soon be available on tulsagluedobbers.con web site. Information will soon be on Spa website

Anyone know if the Fort Worth contest will be strict SPA rules or if they will allow ballistic pattern airplanes as well like they did last year?

According to the contest calendar at seniorpattern.com, they are sticking to the SPA rules.
