Very interesting reading, thanks ! Shows us who lived the "legend" that Hanno is a common modeler like all of us...only very very very talented ! (and not a well payed pro like rumors used to say at the time)
And, at least, I can say that , apart being both modelers, I also have something in common with him : when it will be finished, we both built Aviomodelli's Laser !:D

Is a NIB ST60 and that's not a kit, I'm scratch building it (the only original parts are the canopy and spinner) . Fuse is not a hollowed balsa block like kit's but slab sided with tri stock on corners that will be shaped as per orig sections. Motor mounts are hardwood and the rest of airframe will be as per plans . I'm planning to finish it in period materials, dope, silk on wing and silkspan on the rest, plus color paint and clear fuelproofing.Kind of a time warp in a teen ager's dreams ( guess who..:D)
