North Texas Pylon Race
 

The Richardson Radio Control Club will kick off the 2013 season of the North Texas Pylon Racing Org. on Saturday, April 6. We will be racing combined C-40/Q-25 and EF-1. Pilots meeting 10:00am. Two pole, 400ft. course. We plan on running 5 rounds of each class, Two classes, C-40/Q-25 and the EF-1. We normally start with the Gas class run a round and then run a round of the electric class. Come one, Come all. Lunch will be served at the field.

Due to a high wind forecast for Saturday, 4-6-13 this race is being rescheduled to its rain date of Saturday, 4-20-13.

OK boys and girls race is on for tomorrow. Winds will be 15-20mph, but straight out of the south, and straight down the runway. If you plan on coming please give me or Sarge an email or post so we can get a head count.

OK race is in the books. 15-20 mph winds straight down the runway as forecast. Going to the rain date hurt the turn out a little, but we had 9 EF1 and 4 C-40/Q25 racers.
