RCM Plans service
Has anybody had trouble getting plans from RCM plans? I ordered two sets of plans back in December they have my money but no plans yet. I've called and Emailed them with no reply?
Anybody else have this problem lately?

I ordered some plans a few months back. It took about 4 weeks to get'em
but they did arrive. You've already discovered that they don't answer the phone
or reply to e-mails.
Hang in there . The plans will eventually arrive.

I ordered two sets of plans on Dec 28 from there site. They have my money but I have no plans. I have Emailed them three times now and also called and left a message and have yet to get a reply.

Well I finally got a human to talk to yesterday and they said that they were shipping out my plans. Mail man came today with my plans finally. Case closed just would have been happier if they would have responded to my Emails or phone calls.

I'll chime in too... I ordered plans in early December. In early January I sent an email asking where they were (they had charged my card). THey said that the plans would be shipped out within a few days, which they were.
I wonder if someone grabs all the orders and just makes a single mailing once a month or something like that (I'm just guessing)? It would be nice if they would put some kind of notice to that effect on their website.

I ordered plans and waited 3 weeks before asking them if there was a problem , they replied the next day and said they sent them the same day I asked about them ! , that was over a week ago and I'm still waiting !, and I payed 13 bucks for priority mailing !!, never had this problem before but I do hope they smarten up !.
