Default new cutting mat

just bought a new cutting mat, it was so purtty No cuts, CA spills on it, I couldn't bring myself to cut it for several days. Anyone ever done something like that with a new toy/tool ?

I had to turn over my cutting mat....too bumpy, couldn't read anything on it anyway,,,so I have a nice green mat now

yea, I had already done the flip side a long time ago, you'll get a laugh when you read what I tried to do next, I placed it in the oven hoping it'd flow out, wrong, that just made it real bumpy and full of deep scars
