Has or does anybody know an insurance company that insures our planes and jets in and enclosed trailer ? While at home or at a flying event for theft Trying to find one! Any help would be appreciated.

The AMA. If you are a member and have your planes stolen or damaged your AMA insurance will pay up to $1000 if you file a claim with a police report.

If you have homeowners coverage you already have coverage (at least for the planes), they are considered your personal property, or "contents". Your trailer is probably covered by your auto carrier if you have notified them of this. There are limits to each coverage there, so on the planes if you have high end stuff, you'll need to look into an endorsement increasing coverage. If you have insurance through an agent, check in with them and get their best advice. If you are with a direct writer, like say Geico, call into their customer service or policyholders service dept and ask them for direction.

Although your trailer is covered under your auto policy, I would strongly recommend you get a separate policy that covers theft and damage. Its cheap insurance that covers the trailer and its contents.

I agree with the above. AMA is all good and well but add theft and damage to your auto and home policies from whatever mainstream insurance company you use. That way everything is covered. Frankly $1000 is a joke compared to the total value of the RC stuff I sometimes move around.
