Hi Citizenx22, Welcome to RCU.
The 10 post rule was enacted after some jerk kept making new accounts one after another to post some really nasty pornographic pictures after getting banned from here. Like all rules/laws, there never was a 10 post requirement for new posters until there was a jerk abusing the system, it's not like the mods just sit around with nothing better to do than to come up with new rules to make a new poster's experience here miserable. So make a few more posts, maybe even begin describing the issue you need help with, and before ya know it you'll reach the 10 post limit required to post your pics.
