Horizon Hobby: have they stopped providing live support?

When I call Horizon Hobby's support number, I get a recording saying to go to their website. On the website, if I click Live Chat, it directs me to send an email. Has HH stopped providing live support?

I found an answer to my question. There is a little chat bubble that appears on the bottom right corner of the screen when I am logged into the Horizon Hobby site. However, it does not always appear (even during business hours), and it cannot be accessed by clicking on the "Expert Product Support" icon. Maybe that is why I was confused. It appears if I click on "My Orders" and then scroll down a bit. (But it doesn't appear when I click on "Support.") Maybe it's my version of Chrome or something that makes the live chat bubble intermittent during business hours.

Both Horizon and Tower eliminating the means to talk to live person and not a robot is the reason I stopped dealing with them. Too many other retailers that offer better service at the same prices out there.
