Caproni - The Video
OK, Here are a couple of videos of the third flight of the Caproni Ca.42. The videos are shaky, the editing rudimentary (first time I have tried it) and the files are big.

The wind was blowing about ten miles per hour and the plane turned into it on approach. I was afraid to try to straighen it out that close to the ground so I just tried to keep the wings level. So far, the first landing was the best. Looked pretty much like this one only on the runway. The second, also on the runway, caught a wingtip and cartwheeled onto the nose and broke all the cabane struts.
The three Saito .30s provide plenty of power. slowing it down enough to land is an issue.

RE: Caproni - The Video
I forgot to add that I will be flying it at the PGRC Warbird Rally Sept. 19 in Bowie, MD. Last time I flew a plane at that rally I put it nose first into the ground(still don't know exactly what happened.) Hope this year goes better!
