I have to agree there!!! The 12zap fits in that catagory also. The 12 is $1000 ($1400) more than the 9c ($400) and the 14mz is almost $800 ($2200) more than the 12... Basically comes to around $300 per extra channel, or almost the price of a Whole 9c radio package!!!! I like the idea of being able to play 'taps' on the 14mz when someone (other than myself of course crashes but I don't need to spend the extra $1800 when I can do that with a $100 dollar mp3 player[8D]

Better yet, I could buy a 9c, a new Aero works 35% 260, $500 worth of hitec digital servos and have $300 left to go towards the engine for the price of the 14mz

If Bobzilla will send me a PM with his full name and mailing address, I'll be happy to send him a new, SuperTigre G-2300 to keep for his personal evaluation.
Sure wish I had come on with this idea and complained about a OS radial engine!
Back in the 80's, the Des Moines Register had a columnist named Don Kaul, who referred in a column once to "kleenex." He got a free package of Kleenex from the manufacturer, who gently reminded him it wasn't a generic term, but a registered name brand, and should be capitalized.

Kaul's next column told that story, about which he had only one comment :

"mercedes-benz"

I like the idea of the the 14mz as an inductee. I was in total shock last year when I saw the price...
And now the 12zap. I really can't imagine what else I need more on my JR 9303, that I need to spend THAT kind of
money for. I just hope JR does not follow suit with their new radio(s) that are suppose to include the new "SPECTRUM" technology.
The FUTABA 9cap is a nice radio and priced right.

P.S. What do you all think of the new SPECTRUM radio as the 2nd Inductee to RC HALL OF FAME! or is too new still?
(It will eventually change the way we do the hobby!)

I love my spektrum radio!!! Go to the field, unpack my plane, TURN ON MY TRANSMITTER and go fly.... No going to the pin board, impounding my radio, getting the pin, listening to 'who turned on and shot me down'..... Can't wait for the full purpose version!!!!

habit is not the correct word in our case: try this

ad-dic-tion  /----- - Show Spelled Pronunciation[uh-dik-shuhn] Pronunciation Key

–noun the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma.

That's going to be a rather large trainer with a 2300 SuperTigre. At least it should be easy to see. If it's going on a standard 40 size, then the verticle should be pretty good.
