If it were up to me.....His punishment would be in a 3 step process.
1. Public casteration
2. Bring him to an Arkansas state prison to live with "bubba" in his cell for a month.
3. Public execution
If we don't insist on tougher laws for these animals, we will also be at fault.
Liberal judges, and liberals in general should shoulder some of the responsibility.
