Stans Fiber Tech Great service
I called Stan last Thrusday and ordered a cowl for my 33% radiocraft which is a special order. I emphasized to Stan i would like it as soon as possible knowing that he is always swamped with orders. Stan advised it would be at least 10 days . Guess what it arrived on my door step today , Postal service prioity mail. Now that is great customer service and besides the cowl looks awesome his always do. Bruce

Stans Fiber Tech Great service
I really like the way he can make a cowl and have no seams on the outside, like you i have done business with Stans for years and never had a bad product.

Stan's stuff IS Good...but...
Two times out of two they screwed-up my order by sending the wrong thing first and it had to back-tracked and made right...which they did with no complaints. I can understand once in a while, but two out of two?? Sorry...it seems that they are idiots when it comes to filling an order properly the first time around.
The quality, once you get what you want, is second to none though.

I have purchased over 20 cowls from Stans in the last 7 years and always had great service , sorry to hear about your experience.

I have 6 or 7 of Stan's cowls. Never a problem and never a bad product. I'm sorry to hear that one person had a problem but sometimes that happens. I bet Stan made it right for him though!

I bought a rv-4 cowl fom him. Great cowl, I was so excited with the great workmanship. Will be buying a p-40 cowl soon. One thing though. tell me how you could mess this up. Moms name: Leslie Hare The name on the package: Lucy Harry. she even spelled out the whole name for him? O'well it did get here, with priority mail too. nice touch.
