Very nice looking plane. I picked up an Ace 4-40 bipe at a swap meet. I stripped the covering and am in the process of bashing it half to death. Started working on the plug for the fiberglass cowl last night.

Trying to perfect my skills at make fiberglass parts . It has been a slow tough road for me. Haven't had much success yet.

Also building a Cessna 310 that I started a while back.

I picked this guy up from an estate earlier this year, and have been putting it off until now. Waiting on servos, and misc parts to finish.. Excited to try this one out. Qui Qui Python Pitts 100cc with a DA-120 installed.

Besides working on home projects, I’ve been getting my runway ready. I did a brush cut. Now a finish cut. One more finish cut and I’ll give it a try. One week of rain coming. So after that maybe try the runway out. Taxi tests first.

Actually enjoying it - embracing social distancing and becoming more ambitious with home projects, continuing build project started 3 years ago, repairing a cowl, tail wheel, and adding gear fairings to a pattern ship that hasn't flown for 10 years, planning to resurrect and transform a 25-year old Scat Cat into a sport plane by recovering wing, adding cowl, canopy/turtle deck and wheel pants, and putting up another wall rack to get airplanes off the floor.
