Any suggestions for a good 40 size ARF??

Hey guys, Im looking at getting my second taildragger. Im still a beginner and have only been doing this for about 8 months. Im looking for a .40 - .46 with a large enough wingspan that will still be somewhat forgiving! I was hopeing you guys would have some good I deas for me.
Cheers!!

The Thunder Tiger Stick is an excellent second plane. I have one that I have flown for several years. After a couple of tangles with some bushes, the covering looked ragged so I stripped it off. I was surprised at the quality of the construction compared to other ARFs that I have seen. I was ready to reglue all the joints and only found one minor spot on a rib that needed touch-up.

It is an excellent performer with a Thunder Tiger Pro46 on it. Everyone in our club who has flown it has been surprised at the performance. The one thing that amazed me the most about it was that it is actually easier to land that the trainer that I have.

Sig's LT40ARF is a good airplane especially if you put in a good .46. Just because it is shown as a trike gear doesn't mean it can't easily be changed to a tail dragger. We've had two that were configured that way. A good airplane that is a very nice taildragger. If there is one around that you can take a peek at you'll see what I mean

The Goldberg Tiger 2 can be built as a tail dragger or trike. It is a low wing and lands like a trainer
but can be set up for some mold aerobatics. later daveo
