RC Outlaw,

It appears to me that you need to buy some boxes to go with your engines. Check with Ebay!

:^)

Until I see a turbine in there, I'm unimpressed.
Sorry.
But I do appreciate your enthusiasm.

I have accumulated a somewhat larger group of engines than that shown. It is my goal to someday fly each and every one of them in an airplane. Well, not exactly. I have several examples of, for instance, Cameron 19's. They don't make them any more and I think I need several, so when one goes in an airplane, I will have backups for parts to keep it running.

I have been trying to get rid of surplus engines on ebaY, with some success. However, sometimes I will go through my engines stash looking for what to sell, and end up just fondling them all. Also, really good stuff comes up for sale from time to time and I make a purchase. My buy/sell ratio is such that my stash does not grow very fast.

That's the way I feel about some of my planes:eek:

the two wannabe mccoys on the top left don't count as engines IMO. they're just bringing shame to the rest of your collection.

I flew redhead McCoy 35's some and really liked them. However, I sold them off because I think Fox stunt 35's are about the same, and one can still get parts for them. I still have several redhead McCoy 19's which I really like.

I remember buying RedHed McCoy .35s from a Supplier in Des Moines Iowa in 1060 for $3.25 each. They were great on Flite Streaks.

For me it's more of an obsession than a hobby.

Ken
I was robbed:eek: I paid $5.95 for mine, and $19.95 for my K&B Stillion:eek: Those were the good old days in the 40s and 50s. But that was a lot of money for a toy in those days.
