RCM- Help me locate a guy

On the cover of RCM is alady holding up a Tsunami. I had thought about chopping up a P-51 a couple yars back but blew it off. In this short article tells of this guy who built it lives in California. He built a mold and apparently can make more or them.
I would give my left &^% for this plane he built. Anybody know the guy with a phone number or whatever? Thanks
