RCU Forums - New Era Models Customer Support sux, I will never buy there again!

My wife bought me $150+ worth of parts for my MF build and she bought the wrong driveshafts, I was supposed to get extended not standard. So I called, at first they seemed nice, told me where to send it, ordered the new parts, and was told the moment they showed up the would process my refund. Well it showed up on the 22nd. I called on Monday asked for the lady who was handling this, she picked up the phone, but told me she was not in, I left a message and asked to have her call me, yeah right.

I just got off the phone now, with someone who was not Donna, told her the situation, nicely, that I shipped it out, she proceeds in a not so nice tone "We never got it".

I tell her I sprang for the delivery confirmation and it shows it was delivered on the 22nd. I then get not so nice "Yeah, well, were did you send it'?

Told her exactly where Donna told me to, the PO box, and then get, "Well, she will go there today and if it is there we will process your refund ok"?

All I can say is WOW, you all won me over, and have made sure I never shop there again, and make threads in all the places I am a member of and mention of my great experience with New Era, and dropping my money with you. Has anyone else had to deal with this when they had to return? I mean honestly, this was the nail in the coffin for me to secure that they never get my business again. Sure is may just be $50 dog bones to them, but thats money I need to buy other parts with, and had other parts with them I needed to buy, but not anymore for this is NO WAY to treat a customer, no matter how much they spend, or what, 6 days no refund, then to call be told they never got it, then they hope I sent it to the wrong address but when I didnt, be told when ever they feel like getting around to it, and thats if it is there, even though I show it was there 6 days ago.

Anyway, vent kinda over, I guess I should breath now, for I doubt they will ever process my refund, and took my money is how it feels at this point.
