Default Fabricating a new horizontal stabilizer

I just got a balsa plane that has a broken and missing rear horizontal stabilizer. Any ideas on how to repair it? Thanks in advance for all who reply.

Go to the outer zone plans web site and search for that particular airplane or a similar one. If nothing else you can look at different construction methods and copy one.
