Default Fuselage building help needed

Hi,

My ABS fuselage is starting to show its age and is not what it once was lol....,
I would like to replace it with a fibreglass one, Can anyone
point me to a "How to build my own fibreglass fuselage site, or article please", It is an electric glider, what will be the easiest way to make one?

Carbon fibre would be awesome, but that will probably be harder to make and more expensive.

Any help will be appreciated!

Pete

What we're planning on doing for our fuselage is carving a foam core, laying the glass over it, and then melting it away with some solvent. Sounds a lot easier/quicker than a mold.

Most foam should be ok with epoxy. Probably just some gasoline for melting the foam. I know napalm isn't exactly the best thing to end up with, so it definately takes some caution.
