I have an Evolution 36 Control Line engine, and I am looking for a plane for this engine. Any suggestions?

If you want a simple profile, the Sig Twister would do fine.

Any of the Brodak profile warbird stunters.

As already mentioned, just about any CL model for a .40 engine will go very well with that EVO .36
