I was wondering if someone could make a one handed RC controller?

1. You are asking it in the wrong place. We do not discuss RC problems here. We discuss flying on steel cables, known as the "Control Lines", which is where this forum gets its name.
2. There is no such device as a "RC Controlor" (or controller) that we non-RC types would know
about.
3. If you are an impaired person, having lost a hand or arm in an accident, there have been harnesses to hang the TRANSMITTERS around the neck so you don't have to hold it up, even with Tray-type supports for the usual type of Transmitters. By adding a twist-type knob on the main stick, you could send signals for the two axes plus one more item from the same stick, for three channels on the stick, so it has been done at one time, and maybe on an actual RC-oriented forum someone could steer you toward a customizing shop to modify a current radio to that style of stick.
