Wade,

You may be able to do the best of both worlds...

Copy the plans, trace any die-cut pieces that do not show on the plans, and build one from fresh, better quality wood.

Reassemble the original stuff into kit box, and go for the bux on the 'bay...

The TF green-box Nobler was a mainstay in stunt flying for many years. Even today, one built light and straight, using modern materials, engines, tanks, props, etc., should be an excellent flier. ...And obviously different from the ARF and ARC versions around.

Enjoy!

RSM sells laser cut rib sets for the Nobler that have the holes for jigging the wing. I'm not sure what other parts they sell, like fuselage formers, etc. Someone else might know. Glen

Check and see if the Original Nobler kit from Brodak is still available. If you can sell the green box kit for enough to pop for a Brodak kit, that would be my suggestion.

I have a Brodak Nobler, its a great airplane and I have only one comment. You don't build a Brodak Nobler, you CARVE a Brodak Nobler[&o]. It's pretty simple really, you just take all the balsa blocks and cut away everything that don't look like a Nobler.
