Can someone give me the length of the elevator for a ringmaster S1,or any other c/l plane with a 42" wingspan.

I have one with a Fuji 29 that was hanging in our model shop window for ages. I finally bought it around 1967!!!
Elevator measures 17" x 2 5/8"
