RE: Propane Pulse Jet
Here is another pulse jet. I used the head and reed valves from a Dyna jet engine. I built a body according the the German V1 research data. This allows the reed valve life to last a mininum of 1 hour. I used some college student research data to make other changes. The extra long exhaust pipe produces more kenetic energy that causes the engine to suck in a larger supply of air and fuel that produces more thurst. The extra long exhaust also sucks the combustion chamber flame away from the reed valves so they do not get hot. Engine is 50% throttable from 5 psi to 10 psi running on propane.
