The Magician is classic legal. Carl Shoup flew from a wheel chair a couple of years ago and had no trouble flying the OTS pattern. I can't recall for sure that he flew Classic as well. Check Stuka Stunt and Stunthanger for dates and other info. The 2010 dates are already set. There are a fair number of people who are VSC regulars who come to spectate and gab.

Thank you Jim I will check the Stuka stunt forum and I think I will give a call to one of the contacts I found for the 2008 event, at least maybe I can get the current CD.

I am committed to making this work but nothing addresses if my throttle will be allowed and will I be able to fly on the paved circle so am attempting to contact the CD.

I have no interest in making that difficult trip for me if I can,t fly.

I don't see why the throttle would be an issue. On the practice days there is a sign-up sheet at each circle. You just sign up and fly when your turn comes.. so you can fly on the paved circles in practice and, of course, the contest is on the paved circles.
