for the last weeks I have been trying to contact Profi at.

to buy parts with no success. Anybody know what's going on there or another contact.

They are very tough to get a hold of. I did eventually and was put on a wait list for a new engine and was never contacted. I have given up. Too bad they advertise such cool "unobtainium"!
