Default sig piper cub circa 1982 cg

Does anyone know the proper Center of gravity on a sig 1/4 scale piper cub
I am rebuilding this one and the manual does not give that info
By the way its a clipped wing 86 inch span

I have the plans for a 1/6 scale Sig piper cub, the wing chord is 10 inches and the CG range is 2 1/8 to 3 inches back from the leading edge. You could ratio that to your wing chord and it should be close.

With no info available you can always start at 1/3 of the chord of the wing. This will get you at a safe starting point and you can fine tune from there. That is for most single wing aircraft.
