Default Panther Jet Crash. Total destruction.

Ailerons reversed? Bad CofG? Not enough speed before pulling back on the stick? Too high angle of climb? Hard to say. Totally destroyed though.

Ouch, that would be hard to stomach.... I have lost a few early, but not that level of model......

I watched it fullscreen, the ailerons where trying to roll it out of the roll, so that's not it. To me it looked like aft CG.
