Default Hangar 9 Hellcat rekit

A freind of mine crashed his Hellcat and was going to trash it, so I took it home and rebuilt it. First pictures are of how it looked after the crash.

Here is the start of the rebuild

And now the finished project

This shows you what can be done if you put you mind to it. Hellcat 1

I Sold that one at a swap shop, so I don't know what happened to it. This is mine that I purchased in 2006. I had to rebuild it about the same way after a roll didn't go as planned I still have it and flew it just last week. It has had a O.S. 91 Surpass in it since I got it. Still has the same engine with over 300 flights and still going strong. I am still flying it with the Futaba 7C that was originally installed. I competed with it in Fun Scale for several Years in the Mint Julip in the early 2000s.

Amazing job, These were one of the best flying warbirds of this size ever sold as an ARF.
