Default Bell X-1

I saw a video with a RC b-29 dropping Chuck's Bell X-1, just before the X-1 makes it to the ground, it fires it's rocket and goes balistic!!!
Does anyone know where a copy of the video might be?

Thanks

That is MAC HODGES I think he is from OHIO but I am not sure,, I don't know if he is on RCU or not but he goes around and puts that show own everywhere, I see him at JOENALL about every year,, it is awesome and interesting to see,,, about 4-5 years ago, he folded the wings on that 22foot wingspan B29,, I have never seen a real B29 crash but I bet it looks just like that ,,,

Mac is from Georgia, near Americus. He has his own field complete with an excellent hobby shop and holds several events each year ranging from electric only, to racing, pattern and plain old fly-ins. It is always worth the trip. Yeah, the first B-29 went in but another one has taken its place. I think it was a plane another modeler didn't finish before passing away and Hodges and crew finished it and fly it all over the place.

Pretty sure that Dan Stevens built this model, start to finish. He usually flies the X-1. Hopefully, Mac and company will be able to fly the B-29 at the Multi's Over McDonough, June 24. Always a great show, no matter how many times I see it.

The link no longer works, but the idea is KIND of what I'm trying to accomplish here: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/fb.asp?m=4606455

I'd like to get some tips on an ignition system for what I'm doing. I need to ignite a "G" type reload rocket kit via RC. The manufacturer is saying 12 volts is needed. Any ideas?

I want to take off, fly, and land like normal, while igniting the rocket as well.

The first of Mac's B-29s was 16 ft. it went down in some trees after a wing came off . It was an old plane he got from another guy. His new plane is 20 ft. B-29 and launches a 7 ft X-1. He is in south Ga.and attends several shows a year. See it in person next year at Top-Gun 2007 in Lakeland Fl.

Mac's a great guy and his shop is like an RC candy store. If he dosen't have it you didn't need it.

Link to his website http://www.hodgeshobbies.com/
