What can I say I guess the photos say it all! But it is my fault!!, yep I admitt i failed to check my battery and it bitt me. Leson learned the hard way, now what to do? Not sure what I can do, its bad! This is, Im sorry! Was a Seagull super star and its not produced anymore so finding a replacement fuse might be difficult.

Wow...hate to hear about days like that.  Know the feeling ALL too well!  *heh*<div>
</div><div>That bird looks VERY repairable though!  It appears, anyway, that the hard stuff...wings and tail feathers...survived intact.  A few stringers and some sheeting to rebuild that fuse, cut a new firewall, and off you go!</div><div>
</div><div>If there's one thing I've learned, it's this...this forum has DOZENS of folks who, with some good pictures, will offer some quality insight and assistance doing a rebuild.  </div><div>
</div><div>Give it a shot!  Would be a shame to see that one not come back.</div>

That looks rebuilddable to me. Sorry to hear about the crash but set it aside for a few weeks and you'll realize that it could be rebuilt.

Sorry about your loss. I've been there.

I'd strip everything away except for the wing and tail assembly. I'd clean everything up so it handles better.

There has to be plans available and it makes no difference on the scale. This can be easily be altered. All you have to do is build the fuselage, actually the easiest part of a model.

Good luck!

Charles

Ive got all the peices that was there, Ive thought about rebuilding it, and it is mostly just the fuse, from the TE and back apears to be good. the RT wing took a good hit and will need some repair work aswell. Im gonna put it away for some time and let the sting heal a bit and then I may atempt to peice it back together. Thanks for the suport guys.

My LHS happens to have A SuperStar in stock. If all else fails, I'm sure they would ship it for a reasonable fee (assuming that you're in the Lower 48)

Sorry to see that, but it does look like a rebuilder!

Give it a week, or so, and start stripping back...

After going out to the garadge where she is kept and looking over the carnage Ive decided not to rebuild her, it really bad, worse than the pics can show. From the TE to the firewall there is nothing to work with in my opinion. Im in the process of gutting all the hardware off of her now and if someone is willing to come get her then shes your to fix! Ive just got too many irons in the fire now to deal with it any futher, but I will say it was a fun plane no longer than it lasted.
