it hapened stupidly.
the guy performed a flawless very realistic flight. when the time came to land, things changed........ instead of performing a nice long realistic final, he tried to make a very short circuit without final leg (the aircraft existing the final turn with the nose on the runway) he landed a wayyyyyyyyy too fast and you see the result |

It looks like the nose gear never did extend -- was that the case? If so, perhaps he should have tried to 3-point it (arse down) like a taildragger.
