the latest crash!!!!!!!

This happened today and was all because of forgetfullness.

DONT FORGET TO CHECK THE RECIEVER BATTERY BEFORE TAKEOFF

the plane took off and then became unresponsive and went down like a rock sad thig is that it was my dad's first plane, first flight, and first crash all in a matter of about 2 min.

BUT on a good note.......

The second plane is allready on its way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very sad. Couple of years ago I started to use an extra connector on my receiver so I can measure voltage when the system is loaded. This will give a true indication on safe voltage. (It doesn't help me much when I take off with inverted ailrons though!!)

The fuse seems ok for repair though. Are you planning rebuild?New wings for such a plane are easily maid from foam.

Malin,
Hey Glad to see someone else from Wichita Falls on here. I'v been watching you guys fly at JC park for about ten years now. I'm building a Sea Fury with a 55" wing span from scratch. I have been reading post from all the builders and have learned so much about building. I plan to buy a trainer to learn to fly then have a go with the Fury. Hope to see at Lake Wichita park (formally JC park )
Good luck on the rebuild
