Default L8Braker's Video thread

My Video thread:

Guess I'll start up a video thread like Skyhigh has.

Here is my latest video, edited by Vdub. If I cropped out all the border adjustments I loose too much footage, so I just left them in there.

Were you using Ti when flying a few feet into that building? If you were, I don't see how you did it without some sudden erratic behavior from the sensors.

Yeah it had TI on that is why you'll notice I took my time going in, then I just high tailed it out of there hahaha lost reception after that otherwise you would have seen some forward flight.

Well that's amazing that you were able to get that far in there with Ti activated. I've tried to fly under a bridge with Ti and it just raised up like a horse and I had to do some of that pilot sh#t!

Somebody's having too much fun! Looking good - boy it sure is GREEN there! With all the local politics, it must be nice to have a hobby like that to escape to, no?
Cheers,
Bruce

Great flying Nicoleto! Were you using Ti? If so, that was still good considering all of those clouds. That wasn't a crash at the end was it? What a way to end such great flying.

Hi BB_DF, This is a great hobby. I wish could fly more. Right now I’m only a weekend flyer.

Hi Sky High, Ti was partially activated (only one led on). The crash was more like a hard landing. The fuse was loose and caused some sort of signal loss. No damage to the DF though.

Here is another video. Better quality, Full Ti on and off, and moderate to high wind.

By the way, I’m flying at 8500 feet above sea level.

Do you guys think the DF has enough power to do loops? Any idea on how to do it? I may try next week....

Another great video Nicoleto. You answered my question about if the DF would startle livestock. They didn't seem to care at all. Do you reckon you could fly underneath one of them? How about some POV video while flying over those cows? That was some great flying without Ti too, especially in that wind. That title showing the tree shaking was hilarious.

I wouldn't try it, especially at 8500 feet! It would probably require several hundred feet to recover. If you tried it, you would need LOTS of altitude. Lacey would probably know.

Hi Nicoleto,

All I can say is- I'm not worthy [sm=thumbs_up.gif]

You definitely need onboard video

Is the significance of a higher elevation the result of thinner air?

Hi everyone. I changed both of my videos so here are the new links.

The first video has better quality as well as corrected credits
