gp viper w/ 60lx -sj50
hey bob, in your opinion what kind of speeds should i expect out of these setups. 15%synth fuel and apc 9-7 props. the weather out here in az is around 97 degrees.thanks, russ

yeah... still lurking about
SJ-50, regular 9x7, Viper ...... figure around 135-140 range. With the 60LX,maybe another 5 on top of that.
Perhaps slightly more with a 8.8x8.5 prop or 8.5x7.5 on the 60LX.

thanks bob, w/ the 60lx-gps-133mph.-9-6 apc prop. w/sj50-gps-115mph-9-8 prop. ihe 60 is new. looking for much better #s than i have gotten so far. goi beat by a sd formula w/ a souped up 160fx.(148)

geting 18000 on the 50, backing off 500 to fly. geting 20300 on the 60 and backing off 400 to fly. all props are apc. using 15%synth fuel. the temps are around 98 degrees.
