Default HOW DO I BUILD A LI-POLY PACK

OK, can someone out there tell me what I need in terms of supplies and how to go about building a Li-poly pack. I have the following:

1. individual cells
2. a 15/45 watt soldering iron with solder (no flux or any other solder accessory)
3. wire
4. polarized connectors

What else do I need? What should I watch out for in the process?
