Default Sun (heat) killed my lipos?????

I accidentally left my lipos in the sun yesterday. When I returned, they were very hot from baking in the sun for an hour or two. They were fully charged at the time. When I went to fly with them today, I only got about 3min of runtime from them (I normally get 15-20min). I'm guessing the heat from the sun killed them. Any way to bring them back from the dead, or am I SOL?

There is a big chance you have spoiled your LiPo`s. They can even catch fire when left in the sun. Take more than normal precautions if you try to charge them!

A friend of mine did the same thing...accidently left a pack in direct sunlight for hours.
Next time he used it, it swelled up and had almost no duration...[]
