KANN cells
I am building some KANN batteries for my larger RC models
these are 6V packs for receivers. The idea is to get as much "quick" discharge as possible in a NiMh pack -when using my servos which really gulp the amps. I want to kep the packs small -light - yet have very good amp delivery. I have LiPo stuff - but I do't use it in my Rx applications -I am not interested in doing that . The NiMh is much simpler. I will have two, 6V , 950 packs-to on RX- I have the HD switch/connector thing covered. These KANNS show much improved current delivery on my lil electrics -so I thot they would be a good idea for RX packs. N/Y |
RE: KANN cells
Never hurts to have extra discharge capability when the servos demand it. You don't want the voltage sagging too much, causing the receiver to glitch or go into failsafe.
KANN... Does twice as many Ns mean they're twice as good as regular KANs? ;) |
RE: KANN cells
