Soldering Lipolys?

I have just recieved a Kokam 3cell 2000mah battery pack, which comes with no wrapping and no wires. Is it OK to solder wires straight onto the PCB? This is my first lipo so want to make sure I don't make any mistakes - I've read the safety warnings!

B/S,
Did it come with any directions? Is pcb marked for connections?
If it's the same as the one you had pictured make sure you heat shrink and cover exposed solder points on the board. Don't want Murphy to jump in and help.
Also recommend if you do yourself, make leads long enough to loop inside heatshrink, that way if you prang and pack comes loose, leads will take the shock and lessen the pull on pack tabs.

Yes it has a P+ and P- marking. It came with no other instructions. That is a good tip about the wires, I will make sure I do that. Heatshrinking Lipos is not a problem due to heat then?

You will need special aluminum solder for the lipos. Try this link http://www.allerc.com/product_info.php?products_id=68
