TESTING INDIVIDUAL CELLS ON DUALSKY LIPO
 

I have a Dualsky 3-cell Lipo with a 4-pin balance connector on it. The retailer says to check each cell prior to initial charging to see what each cell is at for the first charge. Unfortunately, the instruction do not tell how to test each individual cell and I am new to balanced lopo batteries and do not want to risk shorting the cell out. Below is a picture of the balance connector. As you can see, I have 1-red, 2-bue and 1-back wire. so......... how do I test it?

check = on the red and it's adjacent pin for one cell, move leads one step to left (both blues) and then move leads one more step to left (blue and black-) for last cell.
