Default MCP X batteries

has anyone tried using an MCX battery with the MCPx. i have a truck load of those batteries already. I'm sure they'll give lesser flight times-im okay with that cuz i have 9 batteries-but will they fit in the heli itself? and will they give a decent flight time? maybe like 3-4 minutes at least? the MCX batteries are 1S 3.7V 110mAh

Default RE: MCP X batteries

mCX batteries will not work with the mCPX. The mCPX draws a LOT more current, so its battery is nearly twice the capacity of the mCX battery. To handle that extra current we also had to use a new connector, so the mCX batteries won't even connect with the mCPX.
