Hey all, I recently installed a new metal swash plate, metal flybar, and MetalMAIN ROTOR HUB, After installing all of them Iam trying to trim out my bird, but as soon as she gets in the air she shakes violently and I kill the throttle so I do not break anything. What could be causing this problem. I bought the 3 new items to correct the (TBE) it had.

This is almost always a bent main rotor mast and/or featthering shaft.
If it ran perfectly smooth before the parts swap and there had been no rotor blade strikes at all subsequently then I'd suspect a main rotor blade/blades is too tight in the blade grip.
The first choice though with a heavy vibration though is always the main mast.

That is what I was thinking, I took the shaft out today and it is still perfectly straight. I did find ine side of my blade grips was cracked where it screws in to the other grip, I just ordered new blade grips in hopes that it will fix the issue. if that doesn't fix the issue should I go for new blades.

That crack could very well be a problem.
However you can't see whether a mainshaft is bent enough to cause a big vibration always. If you remove a mainshaft, don't replace it, then finally have to go back and do it again you'll wanting to gnaw your arm off .
Let us know what you find.

figured it out. My dumb ass had the flybar andAnti-Rottion Collar backwardson the main shaft. thanks for your responses.
