Default How do I fix these issues? (Blade 230S V2)

So, my recently bought 230s v2 just crashed and a lot is broken. I have read through the manual and some posts but couldn't find anything there. It wasn't a bad crash, the rotor blades just touched a building and it fell from 2 meters.
Here's the list:
1. Main motor spins at 0 throttle
2. Tail motor doesn't spin at all after reconnecting it
3. Heli is pushed to the ground instead of producing lift
4. The big main gear is worn at one place
What do I have to replace? How do I fix 1. and 3.? Do I need to replace the main gear because of wear?

Default Same problem

I have the same problem having crashed. It won't take off. Everything seems to be operating correctly and the blades spin full-speed but no lift. Have I adjusted something incorrectly? I have been playing with servo arm adjustments and pitch and I am a novice but have used utube to help me. I'm totally at a loss.
